Laura Trifilo

Laura Trifilo has a diverse work experience in the insurance and cartography industry. Laura is currently the Director of Client Engagement at EmPRO Insurance, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, Laura worked at Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers, where they held multiple roles over a span of more than two decades. From June 2018 to November 2021, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Sales, where they provided rate quotes, facilitated the application process, and assisted in evaluating risks. From August 1998 to June 2018, Laura worked as a Marketing/Program Manager at the same company. Before their time at Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers, Laura worked as a Field Cartographer at Etak, Inc, a division of SONY, from March 1995 to February 1998. Laura also had a brief role as an Underwriter in the Risk Evaluation Unit at Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers from March 1994 to October 1994.

Laura Trifilo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition, they received the NYS Property and Casualty Insurance Broker certification from the New York State Department of Financial Services in February 1994.
