Srivatsan Mohan

Srivatsan Mohan is the Co-founder and CTO of Empuls, a one-stop solution for employee engagement. Srivatsan has also served as the VP of Engineering at Xoxoday, where they were responsible for building next generation engagement and rewarding tools for employees or partners. Prior to that, they were the AVP Product & Technology Initiatives (CTO) at MylesCars and Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for heading the technology and software products departments.

Srivatsan has a proven track record in successfully launching mobile apps for drivers (Android) and passengers (Android & IOS), as well as APIs for aggregators and other merchants. Srivatsan is also well-versed in conceptualizing and building unified portals for call center operations, which has led to reductions in TAT and cost. In addition, they have experience in automating multiple activities inside a company, such as vehicle allocation, invoicing, etc., which again leads to reduction of cost and inefficiencies.

An active participant in core leadership meetings, Srivatsan has helped define the corporate strategy for multiple companies. Srivatsan is also experienced in managing large teams of developers, both remotely and on-site. Currently, they are leading a team of 30+ engineers at Empuls.

Srivatsan Mohan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vel Tech Engg. College, Anna University, where they studied Electronics and Instrumentation Engg. Srivatsan also has a Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems. Prior to their engineering studies, they attended AVM School, a high school where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science.

Srivatsan Mohan's team is responsible for the technology of the company. This includes the development of the product, the website, the infrastructure, and the data. They work closely with the other teams to ensure that the product is meeting the needs of the customer.
