Sara Sabbe

Sara Sabbe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at EMPWR, Sara leads new product development projects and shapes the strategic vision through product roadmaps. Prior roles include Operational Excellence Manager at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, where Sara championed Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and Product Manager for Protein at TEREOS, focusing on continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Earlier experiences include project management at Ghent University, where Sara conducted consumer research, as well as roles in sustainable agro-forestry and waste management. Sara holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Applied Biological Sciences from Ghent University.
