Tom Barnowski

Tom Barnowski has over 15 years of work experience in the finance industry. Tom began their career in 2005 as a Senior Accountant at BKD CPAs & Advisors. In 2007, they joined Citi as a Senior Contract Analyst and Financial Analyst. In 2011, they moved to MasterCard as a Senior Professional of Financial Analysis. In 2012, they returned to Citi as a Correspondent Business Strategy and Analytics Manager. In 2014, they joined Scottrade as a Financial Analytics Manager, where they designed and developed a comprehensive profitability framework for the bank and brokerage, established a pricing committee and pricing policies, and implemented risk-based pricing for the commercial and equipment finance divisions. In 2017, they became the SVP, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Busey. In 2020, they moved to Syntellis Performance Solutions as a Regional Account Executive, and in 2021 they joined Empyrean Solutions as a Senior Sales Executive.

Tom Barnowski received their Masters of Accountancy from Truman State University in 2005, after completing their Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 2004. Tom attended Truman State University from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Vianney High School from 1996 to 2000.
