Ellen Burke

Ellen Burke has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ellen started their career in 2006 as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Outside Magazine, where they eventually became an Account Manager and then a Direct Response Sales Director. In this role, they directed all targeted and direct response advertising business for the magazine and online platform.

In 2010, Ellen moved on to LinkedIn, where they held multiple roles over the course of six years. Ellen started as a Relationship Manager, working with professionals interested in hiring talent through LinkedIn Talent Solutions. Ellen then became a Senior Relationship Manager, focusing on expanding the sales team in New York City and supporting existing customers. Later, Ellen became an Enterprise Relationship Manager, working closely with enterprise organizations to help them attract and retain high-quality talent. Ellen also served as a Senior Manager of Sales Development and Manager of Enterprise Sales, Learning Solutions, where they built and managed sales teams focused on customer engagement and revenue growth.

In 2017, Ellen joined Everwise as an Enterprise Sales Manager, where they designed sales and change management strategy for the new business acquisition team and provided consultative feedback to the executive team. Everwise was later acquired by Torch.

In 2018, Ellen joined BetterUp as the Head of Sales Development, responsible for scaling individualized executive coaching for organizations. Ellen later transitioned to Head of Inbound Sales Development before leaving in 2020.

Most recently, Ellen Burke joined Emtrain in 2020 as the Director of Relationship Management. Emtrain creates healthier workplaces by predicting employee relations and attrition risk, enabling leaders to evolve their employee experience strategy.
