Tina Figueroa is an experienced executive in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the EVP & Chief People Officer at Crux since October 2022. With a strong background in people strategy and organizational development, Tina has held key leadership roles at several companies, including EVP & Chief People Officer at Deep Labs and Appriss, and has served as an advisor to Emtrain. Tina's expertise includes transforming workplace cultures, scaling global teams, and fostering inclusion and ethical practices. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, and a GPHR Certificate in Human Resources from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
