Dan Rossner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan began their career in 1986 as a Damage Control member in the US Navy, where they served until 1988. Following their military service, they co-founded Rad Boards Skate Shop in 1988, managing the store's operations and achieving profitability. In 1991, they became the General Manager of Boogies Diner, overseeing all aspects of the retail clothing store and leading a team of assistant managers and sales associates. From 1994 to 1999, Dan worked at CompUSA, initially holding positions such as Corporate Operations Manager and Retail Manager before transitioning to direct sales in the B2B sector with a focus on the financial industry. During their time at CompUSA, they expanded the company's B2B business by acquiring new clients in their territory. In 1999, Dan joined Shifty Ass Company as a Sales Guy, playing a crucial role in growing the company from $50 million to over a billion dollars. Dan left the company in 2019. Subsequently, they joined Treasure Coast Tackle Makers in 2019 as the Chief Packing Manager and CEO, pioneering the use of recycled materials in their products. Currently, Dan works at En Pointe IT Solutions as a Sales Guy since February 2021.
