Sarah Dale

Sarah Dale is a proficient NPD Manager at En Route since May 2022, with a solid background in product development and innovation. Previously, Sarah held various roles at Adelie Foods Limited from January 2014 to June 2020, including Head of NPD for Coffee Shops, Travel, and Events, and NPD Controller, overseeing the development of sandwich ranges for prominent clients such as Caffè Nero and Sodexo. Prior experience includes Head of Innovation and Product Development Manager at Food Partners Group, where Sarah contributed to major projects like Urban Eat on British Airways and the Olympics 2012 sandwich tender. Sarah began their career as a Development Technologist at Creative Food Systems, focused on dairy and dessert products. Sarah earned a BSc in Food Science from the University of Reading from 1997 to 2000.
