Norbi Forero

Norbi Forero has a diverse work experience with a range of roles in different organizations. Norbi started their career as a Dealer Account Manager at Garmin International in 2010 and worked there until 2014. Norbi then transitioned into the field of social services, starting as a Therapeutic In-Home Provider and Case Manager at Wyandott Inc for a few months in 2014. Following that, they worked at Kids TLC as a Case Coordinator and Therapist from 2014 to 2017, and then as a Multiethnic Outreach Director from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Program Director at ReDiscover, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Statewide Director of Outpatient Services at Great Circle. In 2022, they joined Arista Recovery as a Clinical Director for a few months before moving to their most recent position as Vice President of Clinical & Service Operations at HelloHero starting in November 2023.

Norbi Forero is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counselor Education and Supervision at Capella University from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Play Therapy from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Norbi also holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management and Human Resources, both from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Norbi has additional certifications in Human Research from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor from the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB) Kansas. Norbi is also a Certified Play Therapist (CPT) from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
