Wagner Reis has a strong background in backend development. Wagner started their career as a QA intern at Projetus TI, where they created and maintained various types of tests for the company's ERP. Wagner then joined ENACOM Group as a backend developer, working on the development of a REST API for a logistics company. Wagner also worked at Mutant, where they served as a development analyst, focusing on maintaining and creating WhatsApp chatbot dialogs for Vivo customers. Currently, they are a backend developer at ENACOM Group, working on system development for the steel industry. Wagner is skilled in NodeJS, JavaScript, API REST, Express, MongoDB, Git, GitFlow, AWS ECS, Docker, Azure, and Scrum.

Wagner Reis attended Universidade Salgado de Oliveira from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Sistemas de Informação with a focus on Programação de Computadores.

In addition to their formal education, Wagner has also obtained several certifications. More recently, Wagner obtained multiple certifications from Full Cycle. In December 2022, they completed the Curso de Fundamentos da arquitetura de software and the Curso de Docker. In January 2023, they finished the Curso de Domain Driven Design, and in February 2023, they obtained certifications for the Curso de Clean Architecture and the Curso de DDD: Modelagem Tática e Patterns.
