Senior Global Discipline Leader - Sales Operations at ENACOMM

Kathleen Marx has over two decades of work experience in various roles within different companies. Kathleen began their career in 1999 at DST Systems as a Business Analysis Manager, where they supported and coached a team of Business Analysts. Kathleen later transitioned to the role of Applications Analysis (Business Analysis) Consultant, leading software development projects and conducting training for team members and clients.

In 2015, Kathleen took on the position of Applications Analysis Consultant at DST Systems and also served as the Internship Director. Kathleen developed and implemented an internship program, resulting in a significant increase in retention rates. During this time, they collaborated with other managers to ensure a consistent experience for interns.

In 2019, Kathleen joined the Pure Fishing Distribution Center as a Training and Safety Supervisor. In this role, they developed and delivered training content on safety topics, including COVID-19 response. Kathleen also introduced innovative training approaches to accelerate the readiness of new hires and oversaw third-party training content administration.

Currently, Kathleen is working at ENACOMM as the Senior Global Discipline Leader for Sales Operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Discipline Leader of Corporate Training, Development, and Technical Writing (Remote). Kathleen'sresponsibilities include leading and overseeing sales operations and corporate training initiatives on a global scale.

Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent training and development abilities, and a focus on improving processes and methodologies.

Kathleen Marx, CUA holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Kansas. Prior to their college education, they completed their high school education and received a High School Diploma with a college preparatory focus from Bishop Miege High School.

In addition to their formal education, Kathleen has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they completed the Salesforce Tips Course from the Linkedin Learning App. In 2020, they obtained the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. In 2019, they obtained the OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from the Rocky Mountain Education Center; OSHA Outreach Training. Kathleen also completed the OSHA Compliance Update: MSDS to SDS, OSHA Compliance Seminar, and OSHA Record-Keeping Compliance seminars from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in the same year. In 2018, Kathleen received the National Career Readiness Certificate Platinum from ACT. Kathleen also completed the Strategic Human Resources and Human Resources: Diversity Recruiting courses from Lynda.com in 2018. Furthermore, they obtained Dangerous Goods Training for Water Transportation, Dangerous Goods Training for Air Transportation, and Hazardous Materials Training for Ground Transportation certifications from J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. in 2019.

Kathleen also possesses the Certified Usability Analyst certification from Human Factors International and the FrontLine Leadership Facilitator certification from Zenger Miller Achieve Inc. However, the specific completion dates for these certifications are not provided.
