Elena Raya Ruiz

Elena Raya Ruiz is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, HR transformation, and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Organization Project Manager at Enagás since February 2021, Elena previously held the position of People & Change Manager at KPMG, where involvement included HR consulting projects focusing on cultural and behavioral change. Prior to KPMG, Elena worked as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, contributing to strategy and leadership development initiatives. Elena began their career as an RRHH professional at AFP Pharmaceutical Development S.L., specializing in recruitment and talent selection. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad de Córdoba, as well as exchange programs at Universidad CEU San Pablo and University of Liège.
