Sarah Jacobson Rdn

Sarah Jacobson RDN, LD is an accomplished nutrition specialist with extensive experience in obesity medicine and chronic disease management. Currently working at Enara Health since March 2024, Sarah previously contributed to the CVS Weight Management Pilot Program at Cecelia Health from June 2023 to February 2024. Sarah was a founding member of the CGP Weight & Wellness clinic at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from January 2018 to June 2023, serving as the head dietitian specializing in obesity treatment. Earlier roles include clinical dietitian positions at Concord Hospital and Catholic Medical Center, as well as dietary coordination for the SNAP Farmers' Market program and local food initiatives. Sarah's educational background includes a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire, a Dietetic Internship from Keene State College, and specialized training in obesity interventions. Sarah's dedication to nutrition and public health has been recognized through awards and recognition within the dietetic community.
