Cathy Ward

Cathy Ward, CPA, ICD.D, currently serves as the VP of Sustained Business Optimization at Enbridge, where responsibilities include leading a team dedicated to identifying revenue opportunities and enhancing process efficiencies through Lean and Agile methodologies. Cathy also oversees the Enbridge Insurance and Finance Strategic Solutions teams and previously held the role of VP Enterprise Risk, managing Pension, Insurance, Commodity, and Enterprise Risk. With over 23 years at Nexen Marketing in various financial roles, including VP Finance, Cathy gained extensive experience in Internal Audit, International Accounting, and Corporate Treasury, along with a significant assignment in Singapore. Earlier roles include Senior Internal Auditor at Oxy and Senior Auditor at McGladrey. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
