Nancy Kist

Nancy Kist is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and law, currently serving as Senior Advisor for Lands & ROW at Enbridge since February 2019, focusing on natural gas pipeline infrastructure projects. Prior roles include Right of Way Project Manager at Audubon Field Solutions, where acquisition activities for pipeline projects in the northeast were managed, and Of Counsel at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick & Cole, LLP, specializing in Redevelopment and Commercial Real Estate. Nancy Kist also directed the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority as Executive Director, leading significant negotiations and environmental cleanup initiatives. Additionally, experience as Law Director and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Bayonne was attained. Education credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History & English from Caldwell University.
