Santosh Mych is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and Park Regis since April 2022, Santosh has also held the position of Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa-Panaji for a brief period in 2023. Prior to these roles, Santosh worked as Ex Sous Chef at Fortune Miramargoa since July 2020 and as Sous Chef at Accor India from December 2017 to June 2020. Education was attained at the Academy of Culinary Education, further enhancing Santosh's culinary expertise.
