Mike van Dyke

Mike Van Dyke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project leadership and research and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Encapsys since November 2018, Mike has previously held significant roles at Kimberly-Clark from September 2009 to May 2018, including Research & Engineering Services Team Leader, Budget, Portfolio & Continuous Improvement Leader, and Program Leader. Notable responsibilities included managing the corporation's research intellectual property, overseeing the Corporate R&D budget and portfolio, and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in International Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
