Reyes Cerezo Rodriguez-Sedano

Reyes Cerezo Rodriguez-Sedano is the current Vice-secretary at Ence Energia y Celulosa. Reyes has over 16 years of experience in management and leadership positions. Prior to their current position, they were the Directora de los Servicios Juridicos y Secretaria del Consejo at Atento. There, they were responsible for the coordination of the legal services and advising the company to ensure compliance with legal requirements imposed by the SEC. Reyes was also in charge of the compliance department and was a member of the Global Compliance Committee of Atento. In addition, they oversaw the legal services of the 15 different Atento subsidiaries present in 15 different jurisdictions.

Reyes Cerezo Rodriguez-Sedano has a degree in law from the Universidad de Córdoba, and has completed programs at IESE Business School and Esade. Reyes is currently a PDG student at IESE, studying business administration and management.
