Andra Maris

Andra Maris has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of project management, architectural technology, drafting, and design. Andra is currently working at Encepta as a Project Lead II, where they are responsible for scheduling and coordinating field work, creating GIS maps, and communicating with clients. Andra also works on software and process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. Previously, Andra worked as a Project Lead I at Encepta, where they performed similar responsibilities and played a role in creating software and process improvements. Before that, they were an ArcGIS Specialist at Encepta, where they focused on continuous learning and integration into GIS mapping systems, as well as updating cadastre plans using ArcGIS software. Andra also worked as a Project Designer I at Encepta and as a Project Manager and Architectural Technologist at PermitMasters.
