Florian Keller has a strong background in project management and consultancy. Florian worked as a Consultant at Monitor Company from November 1997 to December 2001. Florian then moved on to Monitor Group, where they served as a Senior Project Manager from January 2002 to May 2006. Florian's most recent role was as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Enchanting Travels, a company specializing in tailor-made journeys for travelers to exotic destinations in Asia, Africa, and South America. Florian played a vital role in establishing the company in 2006, and it now has a multicultural team of 200 members from over 20 different nationalities.

Florian Keller completed their Bachelor's Degree in European Business Administration at Middlesex University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued the same degree at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University from 1993 to 1995.
