Karen Favory

Karen Favory has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Enchantment Resort since January 2019. Previously, Karen held notable positions including Director of Human Resources Organization Development at L'Auberge de Sedona and Vice President of Human Resources at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at The Westin San Diego, Miramonte Resort and Spa, and Destination Snowmass, along with experience as Assistant General Manager at Mountain Lodge at Telluride and HR Manager at Wyndham International. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
