Octavio Navarrete

Octavio Navarrete has over 20 years of experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Encina Wastewater Authority since February 2004. Prior roles at Encina include Operations Manager, Resource Recovery Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Operator. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Teradyne from June 2002 to December 2003, and holding positions as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and Water Treatment Operator at Herco Technology from July 1994 to May 2002. Octavio Navarrete earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota Crookston.
