Scott Baach

As Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Scott manages Enclara Pharmacia’s Compliance, Human Resources, Insurance and Legal functions. Scott has devoted his entire career to healthcare, previously having served in various leadership roles within the administrative, finance and legal functions of some of the nation’s leading healthcare providers and service organizations. Scott previously served as Budget Manager for New York Presbyterian Hospital, a comprehensive university hospital, as well as Operations Director for the faculty practice facility of Rutgers University / New Jersey Medical School. Immediately prior to joining Enclara Pharmacia, Scott was a partner with Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, a 150+ attorney regional law firm, where his practice was devoted to assisting diverse healthcare providers/suppliers and other corporate clients solve complex transactional, regulatory and compliance issues. Scott earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his law degree from Seton Hall University.
