Dat (Dalton) LE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and training sectors. As the Founder of Sophia PMS since January 2017, Dalton has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Concurrently, Dalton has served as Training Manager at Enclave, Vietnam since August 2008, focusing on developing training programs for engineers. Previous roles include Project Manager at FPT Software, where Dalton managed project resources and progress, and Aptech Trainer at Softech, delivering IT education. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Danang University of Technology and completed an instructor program in e-Learning at AOTS, Japan.
