David Lares

David Lares has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. David is currently the Director of Operations Mexico and Central America at Encompass Group, LLC, where they oversee all operational aspects of the company for the region. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Manager at TC Transcontinental, where they managed floor operations and implemented optimized procedures for a daily overall production of 35 TONS. David also served as the Manager of Engineering Services Mexico at SDI, where they directed process improvement projects and implemented coaching and training programs. Additionally, they worked at AXA as an Administrative Manager and at Caterpillar Inc. as a Black Belt, Lead Supervisor, Staff Engineer, and Staff Engineer Development, gaining experience in quality control, production scheduling, and personnel management.

David Lares obtained a Maestría degree in Quality from UNIVERSIDAD IBEROAMERICANA TORREÓN, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, between 1999 and 2004. In addition to their formal education, David also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Aveta Business Institute in June 2011.
