Adam Leclair

Adam LeClair is currently a Team Lead at EnCompass LLC for USAID's Generating Results in Our Work and Thought Leadership (GROWTH) contract. Adam previously served as Resident Program Director at the International Republican Institute, a Consultant at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, a Consultant at World Learning, a Chief of Party at World Learning, a Short-term Observer at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), a Project Director at World Learning, a Civil Society Coordinator at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, and a Program Officer at Global Communities. Adam holds a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University.
