Cara Jones

Cara Jones, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation, research, and teaching within the fields of political science and government. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at 413, LLC since December 2022, Cara leads mixed methods assessments and monitoring for US government clients while also mentoring junior staff. As an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University, Cara teaches Security in Africa and develops policy-oriented research. With a background in consulting and research management across several prestigious organizations, including Gartner and Guidehouse, Cara possesses strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research, program evaluation, and policy briefings. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. and an MA in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida, along with a BA from The University of Texas at Dallas.
