Kelsey Henshaw is a Senior Contracts Manager with experience in handling government contracts for international projects. With expertise in award compliance, negotiation, and subcontract agreements, Kelsey has also worked in guest services, data entry, office assistance, and community relations roles. Graduating from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, Kelsey also has experience in purchasing and inventory control.
