Linda James

Linda James, MS, MEd, currently serves as a Senior Learning Advisor and Project Director at EnCompass LLC, overseeing projects focused on capacity building and training in conflict and violence-affected settings. With extensive experience in instructional design and project management, Linda has led significant initiatives such as the Cadre Development and Training Activity and the President’s Malaria Initiative VectorLink Project, developing numerous e-learning courses and training programs across multiple countries. Previous roles include Associate Director at the Pangea Under The Stars Film Festival and Instructional Designer II at the University of Florida, where Linda crafted innovative educational programs for health professionals. Linda holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education and a Master of Science, and has contributed to capacity development projects in regions like South Sudan while working with organizations such as Deloitte and CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services.
