Chip Pate

Chip Pate has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2002 at Applied Materials as a Financial Analyst. Chip then moved on to CompassLearning in 2008, where they held various roles including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, Director of FP&A, and Controller. In 2014, they joined Websense as a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer at PDI Software before transitioning to SecureLink in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer. At SecureLink, they later held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In 2022, they joined Encompass Technologies as the Chief Financial Officer.

Chip Pate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering and Management Systems from the University of Virginia, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. From 2008 to 2011, Chip pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from the McCombs School of Business at THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN.
