Ben Zaug

Ben Zaug has extensive work experience in business development and sales roles within the financial services industry. Ben is currently working as a Business Development Director at Encompass Corporation, where they focus on streamlining KYC processes and AML compliance through automation and global data sources. Prior to this, Ben worked as an FCCM Account Director at Oracle Financial Services, empowering executives with platform architecture for digital and core transformation. Ben also served as the Director of Business Development at Napier AI, where they developed new business opportunities. Ben has held various positions at SWIFT, including Head of Key Account Program EMEA and Commercial Director EMEA where they were responsible for the compliance portfolio. Ben has also worked at Thomson Reuters, Earthport, Accuity, OneSource Information Services, and Mintel, gaining experience in sales, business development, and account management roles. Ben started their career in various sales and internships positions.

Ben Zaug completed a Master's degree in International Business from ESCIP from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Red Deer Polytechnic from 2001 to 2002. From 1998 to 2000, they studied Business studies and Sales and Marketing at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, although they did not attain a degree during that time.
