Before that, Cheri worked as a Publications Officer at Glasgow 2018, a Digital Journalist at Media Scotland, Assistant Content Editor (Live) at Herald & Times Group, and a Broadcast Journalist - Social Media and Researcher at BBC Sport Scotland. Cheri began their career as a Freelance Journalist and also worked as a Social Media Moderator/Marketeer at Media Scotland. Cheri also has experience as a Reporter for Hamilton Academical Girls' and Women's Football Club.
