Nicola Pickering

Nicola Pickering is the VP of Customer Success & Delivery at Encompass. Prior to joining Encompass, they spent over 15 years at FICO in various leadership roles overseeing customer success, solution consulting, and delivery teams. Nicola began their career at National Grid as a Programme / Portfolio Manager before moving to Capital One where they spent 5 years in progressively more senior roles in their Project Management Office.

Nicola Pickering graduated with a first class BSc in computer science and business studies from the University of Nottingham.

They work with Nick Ford - VP, Strategic Alliances, Stuart Barnard - VP, Finance, and Alan Samuels - VP, Product. Nicola Pickering reports to Wayne Johnson, Co-Founder & CEO.
