Steve Hadaway

Steve Hadaway is the Chief Revenue Officer at Encompass. Steve has held this position since March of 2022. Prior to joining Encompass, Steve spent 25 years in various leadership roles in the financial services industry.

Steve started their career in 1995 as a Business Developer and Project Manager for European CRM and credit management engagements at American Management Systems. In 2002, they joined Carreker as the Senior Principal of their Customer Value Enhancement division for EMEA. And in 2007, Steve became the Vice President & Managing Director, EMEA of FICO where they were responsible for a ~$200M business and leading a team of ~200 serving over 50 markets.

Throughout their career, Steve has been instrumental in driving growth and profitability in organizations through effective leadership, strategic thinking, and execution. Their experience leading teams and businesses in complex environments has prepared him well for their current role at Encompass.

Steve Hadaway has a BSc. in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick. Steve also attended Burnham Grammar School.
