Nick R. is currently the Director of GTM - International at Encord. Prior to their current role, Nick worked at HSBC as part of the Investment Banking, Sales & Trading team, where Nick provided cross asset solutions to institutional clients across various asset classes including derivatives, financing, and illiquid asset origination and distribution. Before HSBC, Nick held a position at Tessian as a Senior Account Executive & Team Lead for the EMEA region. Nick also has experience in business development and global banking & markets analysis at HSBC. Nick founded and served as the CEO of Debonair London before selling the company. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Business Management from the University of Warwick.
