Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Encore Boston Harbor since February 2023, Megan previously held the position of Executive Chef at Bourbon Steak Seattle from April 2022 to February 2023. Other notable roles include Corporate Chef at Michael Mina, Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at The Beach Club, and various positions at Wolfgang Puck Cut Steakhouse, Maketto, and Spago Maui.
