Greg Short

Greg Short has a strong background in IT governance, planning, and strategy. Greg served as Vice President at Encore Capital Group, responsible for creating and managing strategic alignment functions and ensuring proper formulation of strategy and governance. Greg also led an enterprise transformation program and established a long-term vision for enterprise data management. Prior to this, Greg held various leadership positions at other companies such as Digitaria, Epic Cycle Interactive, Gateway, The Cooperative Group, and United Utilities, where they gained experience in program management, client services, and product management. Throughout their career, Greg has successfully managed large-scale projects, delivered cost savings, and improved communication and productivity.

Greg Short holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Data Science: Bridging Principles and Practice from UC Berkley Executive Education, ITIL Practitioner from The Cooperative Group, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Gateway, and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) from Encore Capital Group.
