Jaison Thomas

Jaison Thomas has over 20 years of work experience in operations management. Jaison currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Encore Capital Group in India, where they have successfully led large-scale operations for the past six years. Prior to this, Jaison held various leadership roles at Aegis Bpo, Global Vantedge, Daksh eServices Pvt. Ltd, IBM Daksh, and United Airlines.

Jaison Thomas attended Don Bosco Alaknanda GK-1 and Don Bosco School from 1981 to 1993, focusing on Commerce as their field of study.
