Jeremy Jones

Jeremy Jones has extensive experience in telecommunications and IT management, currently serving as IT Manager for Global Dialing Solutions at Encore Capital Group since February 2014. Jones has held various technical roles within the company, including Sr. Telecommunications Engineer IV and III, focusing on the design, implementation, and operational support of telecommunications platforms such as Oracle Net-Net and Avaya systems. Previously, Jones worked as a Network Administrator II at Apollo Group and held multiple positions as a Telecom Systems Analyst at Safeway and US Foods, providing vital support for telecommunications across numerous locations. Jeremy Jones earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking Technology from Collins College between 1999 and 2001.
