Kim Castagnola

Kim Castagnola has held various roles in the customer service and finance industries over the past decade. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Assistant to the Director of Recruiting at John Carroll University Athletic Department. From 2011 to 2015, they were an Account Manager at Promotional Capital LLC. From 2015 to 2021, they were an Implementation Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, and Sr Credit Analyst at Advance Partners. In 2021, they became the Director of Client Service and Client Service Manager at Encore Funding. In 2022, they moved to Transcap as a Client Service Manager.

Kim Castagnola received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Economics from John Carroll University in 2013. Kim graduated after attending the university from 2009 to 2013.
