Steve Carollo

Steve Carollo has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Encore Repair Services since May 2017. Prior to this position, Steve held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Jason Incorporated from January 2016 to May 2017. Steve's background includes serving as VP and General Manager for both Morton Manufacturing/Metalex and Assembled Products, divisions of Jason Inc., from June 2012 to December 2015 and March 2006 to June 2012, respectively. Steve began their career as a Business Unit Manager at Janesville Acoustics, where employment lasted from July 1994 to June 2006. Steve holds an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University, completed in 1994.
