We are seeking a Valet Supervisor to help oversee daily operations, this person would report to our Valet Manager.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, energetic, and compassionate. They should be an outstanding communicator, have strong leadership skills and thrive in a team environment. Valet parking experience is preferred but not required. However, a background in guest service is strongly recommended. The ability to run, walk, and stand throughout the shift and in all types of weather is also essential. Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation is also a must.
Full-time, $17+TIPS, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 hours per week
*All full-time employees are eligible for medical/dental/optical benefits after 60 days of full-time employment. Full-time employees will also accrue PTO after 60 days of full-time employment.
The Valet Supervisor will work right alongside the Valet Team Manager and carry out the additional job duties below.
Maintain a well kempt and professional appearance
Greet guests courteously.
Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times
Assist with the training and onboarding of new employees
Communicate effectively with the manager, client, and corporate office in a timely manner
Maintain proper staffing levels at all times and monitor the schedule and report back attendance issues to the valet manager.
Directly oversee all day-to-day activities associated with opening, managing and closing duties.
Ensures the facility and employees are operating in accordance with company policy
Responsible for resolving those guest concerns that are brought to his/her attention by the valet team.
