Joshua Beck

Joshua Beck has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Joshua is currently working as a System Engineer at Encore Technologies since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Lower from September 2022 to November 2022. From 2012 to 2022, Joshua served as a UC Voice Engineer at CBTS. Joshua also worked as a VoIP (SIP Development and Change Management) JPMorgan Chase & Co. at The Paragon Group from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Project Manager at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2009.

Joshua Beck completed their undergraduate education from Miami University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. Joshua attended the university from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua pursued a certification in the Cisco Certified Networking Academy from Columbus State Community College. The duration of this certification program is not specified.

Joshua has also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Joshua completed the High Impact Presentations course from Dale Carnegie in June 2015. In May 2011, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA. In November 2007, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course on Effective Communications & Human Relations. Most recently, in July 2022, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification.
