Carolina Salazar

Carolina Salazar is currently working as an Associate at Encourage Capital. Previously, Carolina held various roles including Sustainability Intern at Renewable Resources Group LLC, Intern at 12Tree Finance GmbH, and Graduate Teaching Fellow at Yale School of the Environment. Their experience also includes work as an Analyst at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, an Intern at Gatsby, and an Intern Volunteer at FAO. Carolina holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Princeton University.
