Dustin Lively

Dustin Lively is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, management, and customer service. Currently, as a Senior Agency Analytics and Compensation Specialist at Encova Insurance since February 2015, Dustin conducts data analysis and market research of agencies while developing and reviewing reports. Prior to this role, Dustin served as the Regional Manager at Goodwill Industries of Kanawha Valley from February 2009 to August 2014, overseeing eCommerce and retail operations, where responsibilities included hiring, training, budgeting, and community relationship building. Dustin also held the position of Assistant Store Manager of Sales and Service at Gander Mountain in 2007-2008, managing multiple departments and ensuring sales targets were met. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Marshall University and is an alumnus of Leadership WV.
