Jeff Henderson

Jeff Henderson has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Jeff started their career as a Claims Adjuster at Personal Service Insurance Co in September 1986 and worked there until March 1989. After that, they joined Encova Insurance and held various roles including Resident Claims Adjuster, Claims Supervisor, Casualty Claims Manager, Assistant Vice President Claims Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Claims Operations since December 2019. In addition, they have also contributed to the industry by being part of the Ohio Insurance Institute, where they served as a member of the Advisory Board-Legislative Committee from October 2016 and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Legislative Committee from January 2021 to January 2023.

Jeff Henderson earned a BBA degree from Ohio University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Jeff also obtained multiple certifications from The Institutes, including CPCU, AIC, AIC-M, AIM, API, and AIS, although the specific years of attendance are unknown.
