Marchelle E. Moore

Marchelle E. Moore is senior vice president, external affairs, chief diversity officer and president, Encova Foundation of Ohio. As chief diversity officer, Marchelle serves on Encova's Diversity Council and works closely with Human Resources and other areas to ensure Encova's commitment to a more diverse and inclusive culture remains at the forefront of all they do. In her role as senior vice president, external affairs, and president, Encova Foundation of Ohio, she serves as a trustee of the Encova Foundation of Ohio and seeks to advance the organization's philanthropic activities. Marchelle was hired in 2015 and previously held the senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary position. Prior to joining Encova, Marchelle served as Central Ohio Transit Authority’s (COTA) vice president of legal and government affairs and general counsel. She has also worked for the Franklin County Common Pleas Court and was an assistant city attorney for the Columbus City Attorney’s Office.
