Matt Wilcox

Matt Wilcox, CPCU has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Matt is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Personal Lines at Encova Insurance since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at MAPFRE as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer for 10 years. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Travelers. Matt also served as the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at USAA and as the Director at MetLife Auto & Home. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in various areas of the insurance industry, including underwriting, product management, and corporate operations.
