Steve Gandee

Steve Gandee has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Steve has held various roles at Encova Insurance, starting as an Assistant Vice President in 2019 and eventually becoming the Regional Vice President of Energy and North Strategic Business Group. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Energy Strategic Business Group. Prior to Encova Insurance, Steve worked at BrickStreet Insurance, where they held positions such as Assistant Vice President Underwriting, Underwriting Manager, and Technical Coordinator of Underwriting. Steve also had a brief stint at WVWCC and Compensation Strategies Inc, where they worked in claims settlement and government relations respectively.

Steve Gandee obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from West Virginia University from 1999 to 2001. Steve later pursued a Master's degree in Law from the same university from 2004 to 2005.
