William Althoff

William Althoff has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Lead UX Researcher at End To End User Research since October 2022, a User Experience Researcher from December 2019 until October 2022, and a UX Intern from February 2019 until December 2019. Prior to their work in UX research, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from January 2016 until October 2019. William also has experience in the US Army as a Healthcare Specialist from January 2010 until April 2014, where they managed medical facilities, trained subordinates, and provided healthcare to soldiers. Additionally, they worked as a Dining Room Specialist and Cook at iT'Z Family Entertainment from February 2008 until January 2010.

William Althoff obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2014 to 2015. William then pursued further education at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from 2015 to 2017, followed by a Master's degree in Human Factors Psychology from 2017 to 2019.
